F. Daniel Burger
Chief Executive Officer

Dan Burger joined NetView Technologies in the fall of 2000 with more than 20 years of software/services management and startup experience. Most recently, Burger was co-founder and president of WorkSoft, a software company with innovative technologies for application and Web testing for business users. There he was responsible for securing initial company funding through Fidelity Investments and establishing strategic relationships with IBM and Computer Horizons Corporation. Earlier in his career, Burger was founder and vice president of Software Quality Partners in Burlington, Mass., a nationally recognized services firm with expertise in software quality processes, test tool technologies and software testing. During his seven-year tenure, Burger grew the Company from inception to 120 employees in three locations, with clients such as Vanguard, Fidelity Investments, MBNA, WorldCom and Lotus. The Company was acquired by Ajilon in 1999. Burger holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire.

Robert Handsaker
Co-Founder and Chief Technical Officer

Bob Handsaker is responsible for the product architecture and strategic direction at NetView. Prior to co-founding NetView, Handsaker was a product architect at Parametric Technology for the Pro/Intralink data management suite and related web-based products. A pioneer in the development of object-oriented databases, Handsaker founded Ontologic, Inc. and served as a consultant to Object Design, Inc., where he helped Global 1000 companies build demanding database applications. He has worked with clients including IBM, McGraw-Hill, DEC, Computervision and the Rover Group. Handsaker received his B.S. in Computer Science from MIT.

Gregory Rasin
Co-Founder and Vice President Engineering

Gregory Rasin is responsible for managing NetView's application development. Prior to co-founding the Company, Rasin was a technology fellow and director of software development at Parametric Technology (PTC), where he built and successfully managed a 50-member team that delivered five initial releases of Pro/Intralink, an enterprise data management system to 100,000 customers at 10,000 companies. Prior to PTC, Rasin was a founder and director of database development at RTJ Medical Software, later sold to Hollister. Rasin holds an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from the Polytechnic Institute in St. Petersburg, Russia.

Stephen Krasner
Vice President of Product Strategy

Steve Krasner is responsible for NetView's product direction and championing the evolution of products and services that meet and exceed the needs of end-users and service partners. Prior to joining NetView, Krasner was vice president of business development at Bright Technology. There he successfully repositioned the solar technology company into the broader semiconductor equipment industry. As an independent consultant and the in-house business advisor for the Greenworks incubator, Krasner helped entrepreneurs rework, refine and communicate their business strategies to customers, partners and investors. Krasner also led successful efforts to communicate market-driven changes in strategies to investors for Amicas, the leading provider of Internet-hosted medical image management. Krasner currently teaches entrepreneurial strategy and execution at Harvard University. He holds a B.S. from MIT and an M.S. in Management from the MIT Sloan School of Management.

Peter Osborn
Vice President of Sales

Peter Osborn brings more than 20 years of sales, channel management and business development experience to his role as NetView’ vice president of sales. Osborn joined the Company in October 2003, with the primary purpose of growing the business while building a solid pipeline and sales organization. Prior to NetView, Osborn was senior vice president of sales and marketing for Akibia (formally Polaris), where he met or exceeded all year-over-year revenue goals. Other past positions Osborn has held include northeast regional business development manager for Genicom Corporation where he closed the largest deal in the Company’s history, and eight years in positions of increasing importance with Motorola, Inc. While at Motorola, Osborn was responsible for helping the Boston branch rise from its last place ranking to the highest-ranking spot within 14 months. Prior to Motorola, Osborn spent eight years with National Semiconductor.Osborn received a certificate in Business from Skagit Valley College and a certificate in Computer Technology from Control Data Institute.

Andrey Knourenko
Director of Engineering

Andrey is a highly skilled development manager with over 15 years of progressive software development and management experience. Andrey directs the development of several major areas of functionality for the NetView incentive compensation solution and is closely involved in all stages of software development including analysis of requirements, creating of design specifications and implementation of core system modules in all tiers.

Prior to founding NetView Technologies with Gregory Rasin and Bob Handsaker, Andrey was the Director of Development for PTC (Parametric Technolgy Corp) where he managed a group of up to 15 developers in Pro/INTRALINK development organization. Earlier, Andrey was a Senior Software Engineer for Tactline, a developer of object-oriented software systems in Israel.

Andrey has an MS in Computer Science and Applied Mathematics from the Moscow Engineering and Physics Institute.

Steve Turner
Director of Customer Support

Steve runs all Customer Support for NetView and is actively involved in pre and post sales activities as well as customer implementations. Steve was the first Excel guru hired by NetView and has been instrumental in defining product administration functionality and continually pushing the envelope of Excel capability.

Prior to joining NetView Technologies in 2001, Steve was a Senior Business Analyst with Network Plus where he managed the resource desk and developed data models to analyze and budget key business drivers for senior management. Earlier, Steve was a Business Analyst with Stream International where he was responsible for generating custom pricing for new and existing clientele, and recommending operational changes to improve efficiency within the department.

In his free time, Steve donates his time and resources to charities such as the March of Dimes, the American Heart Association, and the Massachusetts Heart Coalition. He earned a BS in Management Science from Bridgewater State College.
